DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We are as excited as you are about your purchase. Your order will ship within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) from your order date. When your item(s) ship, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking information.
We offer following U.S. shipping methods:
- USPS Priority Mail: $ 13-15 (delivery time 1-3 business days)
Note: International customers are responsible for any customs/duties upon receipt of order.

What shipping carriers do you use?
We ship all orders by USPS (delivered Monday-Saturday).
JVJ Story ships all orders to the address provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for submitting the complete required address information including apartment numbers, building numbers, and / or any other necessary shipping information. If you notice an error please contact us as soon as possible. We are not responsible for any additional charges to reship or retrieve your package.

Taxes & Duties
For international customers, the prices quoted do not include your local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. The customer will be responsible for any customs or import charges. JVJ Story does not cover or include this in our shipping charges.
*Please note: If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a $20 return fee deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.
TRACKING
Tracking is available for all domestic and international orders.
Please allow 24 hours for processing orders and to receive tracking number/confirmation of order shipment.
We are not liable for wrong information given to us when shipping information is asked at checkout point. If you do not provide the right shipping address we are not required to refund. Please make sure all of your shipping information is correct before finalising your order.
WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
If you find that your package is taking longer than expected, please email us at support@jvjstory.com to get a delivery estimate. Please keep in mind that weekends and public holidays do not count as business days.
LOST PACKAGES
If your package is returned to us you will need to pay for shipping again to have it resent out.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are sent online and may be used immediately after purchase.
